Hi, there! Here 's the second of our weekly run downs of all the releases from the terrific Comics In Motion Podcast network.

Here are all the shows that dropped from Monday July 13th, to Sunday July 19th 2020:

    • Star Wars: Comics In Canon - Ep 18: Lando Before Empire Strikes Back &…

    This week Mike talks about the 5 issue mini-series about Landonis Balthazar Calrissian (now you see why he shortens it) and his antics set before Empire Strikes Back, involving stealing Palpatine’s prized yacht the “Imperialis”, alien clones, the emperor’s royal guard, more info about Lando’s bestie Lobot and a healthy dose of of Lando’s trademark charm!


    The Lando comics were written by Charles Soule, the artist is Alex Maleev and the colourist is Paul Mounts. Issue #1 was released July 2015, issue #5 was October 2015. The trade paperback collection was released January 2016 and the 3-series collection “Heroes For A New Hope” featuring the Princess Leia, Lando & Chewbacca comics was released in November 2016.


    Last week Mike spoke about second volume of Darth Vader comics and the week before was the Mace Windu comics. Previous episodes have been about Princess Leia, the Jedi Fallen Order Comic, how Obi-Wan & Anakin almost left the Jedi order, the Rogue One & Solo comics, Captain Phasma, Operation Cinder, how C-3PO got his red arm, Darth Maul beyond The Phantom Menace, Kylo Ren’s red lightsaber crystal and more!

Mystic Muses: A D&D Podcast

If any of the previously mentioned things has piqued your interests, then I implore you to check out Mystic Muses. You can find this wonderfully crafted podcast where you can find all your other favourites including Spotify. There are currently four episodes out. Episode 0 is the prologue and character introductions, and I have to say it is very well put together! The intro to each episode is cleverly crafted, with the players and DM each sounding off a sentence to bring us into the game space.
