Review by Jim Bennett

So here we are, the final face off between Barry, Eobard, August and the evidently unstoppable Paradox.

After the last issue, with Reverse Flash telling Barry the only way to defeat Paradox was to kill him, and soon. The villain had to be stopped before he could become the monster in front of them.

Now we find out how the Flash deals with that predicament, because even The Flash can’t save everyone... can he?
This issue delivered a fitting finale; lots of splash pages, big action panels, and tons of twists and turns throughout! I’ve loved this story arc, as it really put Barry in awkward position; having to rely on Eobard, and trusting August (Godspeed).

The artwork in this issue was sublime. I like how the different artists have worked together to make this whole arc feel cohesive, and when it's put together in a graphic novel, it will look flawless.

So... I'd love to talk about what comes next, but that would give massive spoilers for the end of the issue. So, all I’ll say is, yes I'm all in for the next arc, and am looking forward to what, and who’s, coming!

Conclusion

One thing I have decided is that I’m going to change how I review comics, as it can be quite difficult to talk about what's going on in each issue, without dropping spoilers.

I'm going to start reviewing comics by story-arc, rather than issue by issue. This means that these reviews won’t be as frequent, but they'll be more complete, and cover a whole saga. I think this will give a better overview of the series, and will also give me more time to review more titles.

See you all in a couple of months.
